Wells Primary School is proud of the high attainment and progress of its pupils. End of Key Stage Results at the end of Year 2 (Key Stage 1) and the end of Year 6 (Key Stage 2) are excellent; pupils consistently achieve results that are significantly above the National Average. The school works very hard to maintain these standards so that all pupils have the opportunity to achieve their full potential.

The above charts show the attainment of the pupils at the end of each Key Stage. Whilst attainment is a very important indicator of school performance, pupil progress between Key Stages is also a key factor.  We are extremely pleased with our data which shows that pupils continue to make excellent progress. As an inclusive school, there will always be variances between the attainment of different year groups but the overall picture for Wells’ pupils remains extremely positive and reflects the hard work of pupils, staff and parents/carers in supporting our children.
